This page describes how Cresare Ltd. ("Cresare", "we") collects and processes personal data of cresare.com visitors. The document is a working v1; formal legal review is scheduled before the first paid campaign.
What data we collect
When you use the chat or submit the form, we collect: your process description (chat text), name, email, phone, company (when provided), IP address, browser User-Agent, UTM parameters when present. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous traffic metrics (no cookies).
Why we collect it
Chat: to return a relevant plan and to resume the conversation later (12-month retention). Form: to reach out for a discovery call. IP and User-Agent: for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Who we share it with
Sub-processors: Anthropic (processes chat text to generate responses), Resend (sends email notifications to us), Neon (database in the EU region), Vercel (hosting). We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. For a request, write to hello@cresare.com. We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Chat conversations without converted leads: 12 months. Leads with signed contracts: duration of the business relationship + 5 years (accounting requirements). Anonymized analytics data: up to 24 months.
